Kim Skrainka is a leadership and operations executive with enthusiasm to help organizations strengthen people leadership to bridge efficiency to better outcomes & patient experience.
She began her career as a Healthsystem strategist where she developed an early foundation in clinical operations, and business planning. From there, she built a career across Ambulatory service provision in nonprofit, for-profit. She has a deep experience in revenue cycle management.
Her background includes Revenue cycle, Service Growth, Quality assurance, directorship, and multi-site leadership. Across each chapter, Kim discovered that her greatest professional fulfillment came not simply from operational achievement, but from building strong teams through skill development and creating the conditions for others to succeed.
